Thursday we are home stretch of this week it's almost the weekend we can almost

breathe and relax after quite a

crazy week. I feel like social media has been really a buzz this week with just a lot

that's happened and I just feel like there's been this general kind of feeling.

I'm empathetic, super empath over here,

and I can just like feel kind of how the widespread masses are feeling.

It's very strange. I just like have a weird sensation when I open

social media when I'm walking around in New York that I think a lot of us just need a little bit of love right now. We need a little bit of a pump up we need some

positivity I feel like there's a lot to be negative about right now a lot to be

sad about especially in the first few weeks of 2020 it's been really just a lot a lot has happened a lot of

loss a lot of sadness and so I thought that I would use this episode today to just kind of infuse some

positivity into your day and I was thinking last night on how I could do this

without being super cliche and cheesy and just you know kind of like a broken record in a sense because that's how sometimes I am with certain messages that I've

Preached a lot I feel like it gets very redundant very fast and so I was thinking of a way that I could make this more

interesting for all of us and I nailed down an idea of asking you guys on

Instagram for just some good stories.

That could mean anything.

Like good as in like, you know, how your grandparents met.

That was like the number one thing

that you guys told me in the DMs, which I absolutely love and I love stories like that.

Or just like little things that happen to you during your day to day that are good, that kind of
