Well, howdy there, internet people people let's bow again so today we are going to talk

about the end of summer not really but kind of the The Union of Concerned Scientists has come up with a new term for the

period from May to October which is currently highlighted by extreme heat, hurricanes, wildfires, drought.

They're calling it danger season.

Danger season.

The idea is to draw attention to the fact that during the summer people in the

United States will be faced with more challenges, most of which are a direct result of climate change.

And this is an attempt to draw attention to the situation the world is in, as if, you know, running

out of water and the drought and the hurricanes and the heat

wildfires wouldn't do that enough but there is a growing feeling that people are not taking the situation as seriously as perhaps

they should.

More importantly, that policy makers aren't.

So this is, it's a gimmick to be honest.

It's a gimmick that scientists are trying to use to get people's attention.

That they are, they're screaming, just look up.
