on December 11th, the jury portion, the jury trial of the Freeman suit, and her daughter suing Giuliani for defamation begins.

The only issue remaining in this trial

will be for a jury to determine

how much defendant Giuliani owes to the plaintiffs

for the damage his conduct caused. Obviously Giuliani doesn't like the way things are proceeding and attempted to suggest that it

shouldn't be a jury trial it should be a bench trial now. The judge does basically like yeah no that's

not what's going to happen here. Outside observers kind of saw this as Giuliani's way to try to play the

court a little bit and it did not work.
