Well, howdy there internet people, it's above again. So today we're going to talk about

Pennsylvania and something that happened up at the State House up there, the Republican Party,

and how I'm really surprised I have another use for this shirt that quickly.

So, two of the officers who were at the Capitol on the 6th, who defended the Capitol on the 6th,

they've been going around the country and they've been talking about, you know about the dangers to democracy and the risks that the country is facing.

They were invited to watch the proceedings at the State House in Pennsylvania.

When they were introduced, some Republicans reported Some Republicans reportedly booed and hissed and turned their backs and some of them even

reportedly walked out.

The House Speaker had this to say.

The GOP members shameful behavior was unbecoming of our institution for any guests, let alone

two of the men responsible for defending our democracy during a dark day in our nation's history.

The Republicans disrespect, lack of patriotism, and even common decency epitomizes the poor

behavior that so many in the MAGA movement have adopted.

Yeah, so even though this happened at a state house, I feel like this is going to become national news.

Given the framing that is occurring not just in domestic politics but internationally as a

as there being an existential battle between democracy and authoritarianism.

I feel like we're going to hear more about this.

Now from the early responses Republicans seem to indicate that they are

upset because I guess they feel that the Democratic Party is politicizing the sixth, you know,

which was a completely non-political thing that occurred that shouldn't be discussed in politics, you know, the

storming of the U capital that's it would be wrong to talk about that

politicize that. I mean that is that is certainly a position to have I guess.
