Well, howdy there internet people, Lidsboo again. So today we are going to talk about Trump.

The letter he received, the new reporting on what's in it.

We're going to kind of go through what is said to be in it and take it from there and

run through a few different possibilities and where it can go. Because there have been some updates some new information

since the last time we talked about this. Okay so the target letter that Trump is said to have received, it apparently

mentions three specific laws that are being looked at.

The first is conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud the United States.

The next is deprivation of rights under color of law.

And then the last one is tampering with a witness, victim or informant.

Okay. Starting at the top, these are all serious charges. They're all serious felonies.

But it is the tampering with a witness that to me it is the clearest indication that this is going to go really bad for the former president.

Okay, start with this.

Trump's conduct is alleged.

He has the presumption of innocence.

We are going to look at... the presumption of innocence.

We are going to look at what it takes

for a witness tampering case to really be developed.

And we're going to look at it from DOJ's side.

For them to build a case like this,

there has to be a witness that the defendant believes has information that is incriminating enough

for them to say, hey, don't talk okay that's what tampering with a witness that's

really what it boils down to but to build the case, the witness had to talk.
