Well, howdy there internet people, it's Bo again.

So today we're going to talk about Minneapolis

and decrees and the report and what it all means.

So, starting off the news, what occurred?

A two-year probe basically determined that the bad apple spoiled the bunch.

The feds were looking into the police department there.

It was, it started in the in the wake of Floyd and what happened there they

started looking into it they chose a period the way they normally do this.

I want to say it was from January of 2016 to sometime in 2022.

And they just reviewed everything and they came to some conclusions.

Short version of the conclusions is that basically everything that every single marginalized group in that city

said about the cops was true. If you want to sum it up in a sentence, that's the sentence.

Okay, so they found systemic discrimination of racial minorities.

They found excessive force. They found unjustified use of lethal force. They found

violations of constitutionally protected speech.

They found all kinds of things.

It appears that the favorite targets of the department there were black Americans, Native Americans,

and Americans with behavioral health issues.

Those were the most affected by the behavior of this department.

One of the things that jumped out at me and this is to be clear
