You know, one of the questions I can ask pretty often is, you know, how do you stay centered?

How do you deal mentally with everything going on in the world and in the news once you actually

start paying attention to it?

Because it can be pretty disheartening.

So the thing is, it's a question I don't have an answer to. I've never

put much thought into it. I stay busy and I don't think about it. I guess my background allows me to be a little bit more detached. But it's a really

important question. So I reached out to a long time friend of mine who is going through a journey like this herself right now.

So tonight we're going to be talking to Carrie Wetler.

Let's just get started. All right, and we are here with Carrie Wedler,

and she's going to talk to us tonight

about how to stay calm with all the news that's going on

and everything else and stuff like that.

And so why don't we start off with some of the questions?

So I don't even know what to call myself anymore for a a long time I was editor-in-chief of the anti-media.org. We no longer exist in the capacity we used to do to some bans on Facebook

and Twitter last year.

I started making videos.

I had voted for Barack Obama very proudly in 2008 and come 2011 the Arab Spring was

coming up things were happening in the world and I realized I have no idea what
