Hey guys, what's up and welcome back to the Coffee Talk podcast. Today we're

0:39.0

going to be doing a de-calf brew, which means we're going to be talking about

0:43.5

wellness. And I really wanted to talk today about loneliness in particular. I've

0:48.6

done a couple videos and a couple coffee talks before. I'm not sure if they've

0:51.7

ever been podcast versions, but YouTube versions that have talked about loneliness,

episode with Dr. Vivek Murthy and it was all about loneliness. And I really, I

downloaded such good insight from this entire podcast episode, which I've

1:40.3

his findings. So he wrote a book about loneliness and that's why he is so

1:45.6

knowledgeable about it. But it was so interesting hearing his perspective. And it

1:49.6

kind of formulated a lot of connections in my own like life and my own brain.

1:54.3

And I think that it's a very common and topic that really I think a lot of us

1:59.6

might be feeling or experiencing on some level or in some way right now with

2:04.6

being at home and with everything going on in the craziness of the world. So yeah,

2:08.5

today we're going to be talking about loneliness. I put on my e or sweater because
