What is speculation and what isn't

What's happened is it is very early

After a dramatic event in which everybody involved has a motivation to be less

than forthcoming about what occurred.

That's creating an information vacuum and that vacuum is being

filled with speculation, bad facts, stuff that's just made up, all kinds of things. It has led to things that are being

reported and the reporting is inaccurate, but the tone is accurate. You have things that are accurately being reported, but it's being framed in a way that

makes it inaccurate.

There's a whole bunch of stuff going on.

So if you haven't heard yet, there was a rescue operation that retrieved four people out of Gaza.

And that's what we're going to be discussing.

Were U.S. troops involved?

Not in the way that sounds.

This piece of information is coming from

a couple of U.S US officials who said that a cell helped a US cell, an

intelligence team, a task force. First, these people probably aren't even troops, not most of them, they'd be

civilians. Second, it's intelligence and planning. The U.S. helped with intelligence and planning

not in actually executing the operation.

I know that there is a report that it was a specific US unit, no it was not.
