Because there's been a development and a whole bunch of questions have come in about it, about whether or not it's going to be the show people think it's going to be and we're not going to do a recap over on the other channel this week because we have something else that we're going to be putting out at that time. But the attorneys for Chief Bro and Powell, they want to interview members at the grand jury.

They want to talk to them.

And they had to go to court, trying to get this permission.

Obviously, the state was like this is a bad idea.

The judge decided that defense counsel here are entitled and would be expected

to conduct a thorough investigation in the zealous representation of their clients.

Setting aside scenarios involving harassment of some kind, the desire to simply talk to the grand jurors is not illegal and sided with them so they're

going to get to talk to them.

The concerns that people have probably pretty unlikely in this case.

The conversations will be voluntary.

If the grand jurors don't want to do it? Well, they don't have to.

Aside from that, all questions go through the judge first

before they're asked.

And it's supposed to be structured in a way to prevent the attorneys from accessing any information

about the deliberations, which that's the important part that is

supposed to be kept secret.

What the attorneys are really looking for here is something to say that the

indictments are faulty, that the information is faulty, and that there's something there, they're hoping there's something there

that they can use to end this on some kind of technicality. The odds of them finding that are slim to none. There's a lot of concern about the
