So today, we're going to talk about Georgia, D.C., Rudy, and a few other events.

I'm recording this as, like most of the country, we're waiting for the election results.

If you're watching this on the night of the 5 fifth, we don't have complete election results yet.

So we're going to go over a few of the other events that occurred today that might get lost in all of the election coverage.

Rudy Giuliani made an appearance to vote in Florida, and it certainly appeared as though he rolled up in a 1980 Mercedes-Benz SL-500 convertible,

which, incidentally, is the same type of vehicle he was supposed to have turned over to the

election workers he was found to have defamed in the aftermath of the 2020 election.

On Thursday, Rudy is scheduled to appear in New York to explain what's going on.

In Georgia, several non-credible threats were made against polling locations in the Atlanta area.

They briefly disrupted voting, but it appears both local and state officials were on the ball,

and things got restarted quickly. Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger indicated the threats originated in Russia.

At the Capitol Buildings Visitor Center in D.C., a man reportedly arrived smelling like fuel.

During a search, Capitol Police found a torch and a flare gun.

Law enforcement reportedly arrested a 28-year-old Michigan man and canceled tours for the rest of the day.

While a motive is not clear at this time, there is some

rumor mill indication that he wanted to deliver some papers to Congress. Officials said there

was no indication that the events had anything to do with the election. Elon Musk appeared to be

leaning into a conspiracy theory, suggesting Google was

trying to influence the election. The idea is that if you Googled, where can I vote for Harris?

You'd get a map and directions. But if you Googled, where can I vote for Trump? You wouldn't get a map.

This, of course, was taken by many to show some elaborate conspiracy.
