Well, howdy there, Internet people, it's Bell again. So today, we're going to talk about

to want to cut spending. They've talked about the deficit and debt so much that many Americans

But now that news outlets are reporting the top line numbers of the budget blueprint,

clearly, questions are arising, and Republicans aren't liking the answers.

So, here's the House plan in just top line numbers. It will create 4.5 trillion in tax cuts over 10 years,

primarily benefiting the wealthy, and cut $2 trillion in spending over 10 years. That's right. The plan

Republicans are trying to sell as fiscally responsible in managing the debt adds trillions

to the debt. Republicans are being asked to sacrifice grandma's health care, kick veterans out of their

jobs, hurt farmers, and basically step on every demographic they say they care about, so they can add

$2.5 trillion to the debt. Many Republicans might

have been able to justify the pain if it cut the debt. That's how entrenched the debt talking

point is. But it's going to be hard to accept this when it doesn't cut the debt. It actually adds to it. What's more is that the two

trillion in cuts is the goal. The expectation is that they only get 1.5. So the budget slashing

plan adds $3 trillion to the debt. Some are starting to realize the economic pain isn't designed to cut the debt, something Republicans
