Well, howdy there, Internet people, it's Bell again. So today, we're going to talk about

even MAGA bot farms splitting over the files. In what might be the most simultaneously humorous

and saddening development of the whole affair, the split occurring in the MAGAverse has become so pronounced

that even the bot farms have lost their way. In fact, sometimes even the same bot is conflicted.

The analytics company Althea and researchers at Clemson have reportedly been tracking a pro-maga botnet that consists of

hundreds of accounts. It looks like the main purpose of the net was to praise magaverse figures

and create an echo chamber effect. This is what foreign intelligence influence operations do as

well, as we've seen in recent years.

NBC News actually has a really good piece on it.

Even though they were found to occasionally veer off script,

the net has been firmly in support of MAGA since 2024.

That is, until the Epstein situation. As we've talked about

before, what commonly gets called artificial intelligence isn't really that intelligent. Generally,

they function by scraping large quantities of available data and then generating content based off that data.

So if, hypothetically speaking, a botnet was designed to mimic the attitude of genuine

pro-Trump influencers and those influencers had a breakdown in attitude cohesion and started

expressing different opposing views, you might end up with a bot in

the net saying, quote, retweet if you agree it's time to take a stand against mob mentality

and support Pam Bondi. Hashtag no mob mentality. Hashtag Bondi for Truth. And another bot in the net saying, quote,

Pam Bondi's attempt to escape with the Epstein client list is laughable. It's time we demand transparency

and justice for all victims involved. Hashtag Epstifail. Hashtag no more secrets.

Or you might end up with a single bot saying both of those things. That's the reporting.
