Well, howdy there internet people, it's Bowe again.

So today we are going to talk a little bit about employee number four, I guess.

And the Trump documents case and the news that has come out about that and

why it may be a little bit more important than the reporting suggests.

This might be material that we're going to see again later.

Okay, so what happened?

According to the Department of Justice, employee number four,

who was the IT guy at the club?

Well, he provided testimony to the grand jury.

DoJ believed it was false.

It's worth noting that when DOJ flat out and says,

we believe this to be false testimony, it's generally

because they have some kind of pretty concrete physical evidence to make that claim.

Okay, so the IT guy, employee number four, provides the testimony under one attorney. At this point in time he has attorney A. DOJ believes testimony

is false and believes there's a conflict of interest.

Employee number four is given access to a federal defender.

Attorney B. According to DOJ, immediately the false testimony was retracted and

went on to provide testimony that implicated Trump and others.

Okay, so this is some of the lead-up that brought us to the superseding indictment.

Now one of the things that's interesting is that attorney A was paid for by I think the Save America PAC,

Trump's PAC, and was providing advice to several people, to multiple people.

It's hard to represent the interests of multiple people at once. That was the conflict of interest DOJ was talking
