Well, howdy there internet people? Let's bow again. So today we are going to talk about

Colorado and the state-level Republican Party. It is something we've talked about on the

channel before, how things are shaping up, and how many

candidates who, let's just say, did not do well in 2022 or 2020 are trying to find their place within the state apparatus, within the

state party, the Republican Party at the state level. In Colorado the Republican Party will now be led by

Dave Williams. Okay, who is he? He is somebody who believes the claims about the election in 2020.

He is somebody who truly does believe that Trump won and somebody who has spoken ill of Mitch McConnell.

Now, it's worth noting for those who aren't familiar with Colorado.

That Colorado has voted for the Democratic candidate

for president since 2008.

Biden won Colorado with 13.5 points. It wasn't like it was close. This is the person who will be responsible now for organizing Colorado's

Republican Party. It's going to have a lot of influence over candidates and how they run and how the

party itself is organized.

This is, let's just say it's a bold strategy to go to the opposite extreme.

The demographics in Colorado are shifting they're changing they have been for a

while and the state is trending more and more blue.

The nearer defeat of Bobert should have been a signal that that kind of inflammatory rhetoric doesn't do well there.

But that is not the lesson the Republican Party took from it.

They have decided that the real problem is that they weren't going far enough.

This is probably a moment for the Democratic Party to cement itself in Colorado,

to put some resources there and establish a firmly blue state and if you're fed up of having to pay a fee every time you pay abroad, stop it!
