Well, howdy there, internet people it's Boba Gown. So today we're going to

talk about AOC campaign contributions and how rhetoric that is beneficial in the short term may not be in the

long term.

Something interesting happened.

AOC sent out donations, campaign contributions, two Democrats who are going to have a hard time in 2022.

They're like $5,000 to each of them.

Some of them sent the money back or have said they're going to

because they're worried that Republicans are going to call them socialists.

Now, AOC is somebody who advocates for social democratic policies while calling herself a Democratic

socialist and Republicans call her socialist.

If you don't know the difference between these terms, there will

be a video down below in the comments. Realistically, it doesn't matter whether or not these candidates accept this money

because the Republicans are going to call them socialists anyway.

The Republicans have taken to calling anything that is even remotely left-leaning

socialists. Even if it's not even left, it's just kind of something that benefits working class people.

They're calling it socialist.
