Well, howdy there, internet it's about again so today we are going to talk

about Louisiana and three elections for one race one of which looked like it was won by a single vote.

And we'll go through the final resolution.

This has been a long running story here on the channel and

it looks like it's finally been resolved so we'll run through what has occurred

and it deals with Kato Parish in Louisiana.

Them trying to get a sheriff.

Okay, back in October, there was an election,

but nobody got a majority, therefore went to a runoff in November.

During the November race, Henry Whitehorn looked like he won by a single vote by one vote. It went to court, there were a lot of disputes that was thrown out. The race was the election was ran again. This

time he won by a little bit of a wider margin looks like a little more than 4,000 votes

captured 53% of the vote. That election occurred on Saturday. Turnout was

substantially higher than the previous one.

In the first one, or I should say in the November one,

it was 43,000 and this time it looks like a little more than 65,000.

So substantial increase in the turnout.
