Thanks for joining me in today's episode. I'm going to talk you through a quick speed clean. And while I'm doing that,

I'm going to discuss the concept of being in a constant state of cleaning. So it's time to gear up

for our speed clean. This is going to be a short episode, but there are a few things that you may need to do to kick

off your cleaning session.

I'm already dressed for the day, but I still need to wash my face and run a brush through

my hair.

And you may need to freshen up a little bit too and that kind

of helps you feel motivated and just ready for everything and anything anything anything and everything

so another and of course you're not going to have time to do everything i'm mentioning i'm just giving

some giving you some ideas to get you started another thing to have time to do everything I'm mentioning. I'm just giving some, giving you some ideas to get you started. Another thing you may need to do is start a load of

laundry or do a laundry switch, switch laundry from the washing machine into the dryer.

Another thing you might want to do is quickly make your bed.

Now, I definitely believe in making the bed as soon as you get out of it.

I realize that if someone's still sleeping in your bed, that's not going to be possible.

I believe in the concept in theory, but I will admit that when I'm home, I don't normally do that.

But I've been out of town staying at my brother's house for a week, and I made the bed each morning,

because that's what you do when you're a guest.

At home, though, I have to confess, I have a tendency to do some other housework first and I end up just

kind of having the goal of making the bed before my husband gets home it's one of those finishing

touches like making sure that he has a clean bath towel hanging up and then I place the remote

on the bed or the TV remote.
