And I did, I think it was back in June. I did like a new month reset and I kind of just like went over like my

intentions and goals for the month and I really like that episode. And honestly, that's something I would

like to do monthly, but I feel like it could get really redundant, especially in my busier times of life.

So I wouldn't want to be doing it monthly and like during my busier months, just be like the same exact things you know what I

mean so I may just try to do it quarterly um and do it that way but I really wanted to do one now

because I feel like I am in a transition period right now especially because I literally just moved

and I feel like right I don't make rules, but I feel like right after Halloween,

that's like, okay, November 1st, it's the holiday season. Let's go. I don't know if you've

seen the TikToks where it's like, oh, November 1st to the day before Thanksgiving, it's

Christmas. And then like Thanksgiving Day is Thanksgiving. And then it's like Christmas again through the first week of December.

And then it's like Christmas, Christmas, Christmas the next two weeks of December.

And then it's like Christmas Eve for a week, Christmas day.

And then it's like New Year's for a week.

And just like how you like perceive it, I guess, in your head like of what it actually

feels like during those times.
