Hey friends, welcome to June and for many of you happy summer. Can you believe we are halfway

through 2023 and halfway through reading the gospels together every month of this year? So

whether you've been with us all year so far, a lot of you have or maybe you're just jumping in for

the first time or you've never made it through a whole month which is okay, we are so happy you're

here. Like we say a lot around here, you do not have to be in the gospels every day to be changed

but every day you are in the gospels will change you so I'm so glad you're with us. I hope things

are slowing down a little for you this month after the craziness of May. This is just a great time

to let the gospels kind of slow down your soul to 15 minutes a day of the gospels may just be the

daily deep breath that you need. In this month we're going to go Matthew, Mark, Luke and John and

we're reading in the NRSV. That's the new Revised Standard version. It's a version a lot of our

Protestant and Catholic friends really love so we're excited to read it. We read three chapters

a day, get through all four books in 30 days. So share this with your people on social media or

shoot them a text or an email who else in your life could go through the gospels with you this

month. If you're like me, it actually really helps keep me on track when there's someone else doing
