brand new month in the Gospels our last month in the Gospels over on Let's Read the

Gospels podcast and we're going through the Let's Read the Gospels guided journal

together. We're sharing the first three days here on the That Sounds Fun feed. So we just didn't want you to miss it. So make sure you're

As I said, this will be our last month reading the Gospels together

and then in the month of May we're going to go through the book of acts and then will be done.

You can always go back and listen at any point to any of our full months of listening to the Gospels, but now we start

April, our last month together and let's read the Gospels, reading the Gospels, and here

is day one. the word already existed.

John 1. In the beginning the word already existed. The word was with God and the word was God. He existed in the beginning with God. God created everything through him and nothing was created except through him. The word gave

life to everything that was created and his life brought light to everyone.

The light shines in the darkness and the darkness can never extinguish it.

God sent a man, John the Baptist, to tell about the light so that

everyone might believe because of his testimony. John himself was not the

light. He was simply a witness to tell about the light.

The one who is the true light, who gives light to everyone,

was coming into the world.

He came into the very world he created,
