Hi, everybody. Welcome to another edition of Talking Elite Fitness, Sean Woodland and Tommy

Marquez here with you. We have a jam-packed day to day. We got Dave Eubanks going to stop by.

He's going to talk about the world ranking system and how they came up with that and how

it's applied in semifinals. He brought a whiteboard. So that's pretty cool. He'll take us through that.

And we also have Pat Vellner coming by. And we have another special guest. And we're going to kick the show off with that. Usually Tommy and I start with stupid fun time. We're going to do something else. For the past what, four years, it should have been you and me, right? You and me the whole time here with Taggart fitness and, you know, just made our living off Marvel references

and talking about wrestling and stupid stuff. Well, now, like, we got to get serious because

we have like an honest and goodness professional joining us. Some of you may have seen,

we have added Lauren Khalil to the Talking League fitness team. Lauren, how you doing? And she's

here. I'm here. I'm ready to go. I have so much to learn about Marvel references and comic books and a whole list of movies that I need to learn so I understand your references. Well, I feel like we just need to, like we need to straighten up now. Like the things are getting, things are getting serious. You know, Tommy and I've just been goofing around. And now, like I say, we have an honest to God professional here. And first of all, just I cannot tell you how excited we are to have you on board. This is something that we have wanted to do for a long time. You know, we've been kicking this idea around and I'm glad we finally made it happen. But I guess my first question to you is, why would you agree to even work with the two of us?

Oh my gosh, because I want to join in on the fun, Sean. Come on.

That's fair. I think that it's so cool because like just meeting you guys the couple of times,

like Tommy, I know you and I have worked together a little bit. And Sean, we've met couple of times at the CrossFit games the past couple of years.

But you two have just like always been the top notch professionals who like to have fun.

I feel like it's the best.

You're like, tell me more.

But no, seriously, you guys have just been like my serious to God, my role models when I look at

where I want to see myself grow in the space and who I want to surround myself with to keep

taking this career, hobby, whatever we want to call it with CrossFit to the next level. And

you guys have always just produced such great content

that I think is interesting to the viewer also has like the knowledge that both of you have

being in the space for so long that this just seemed like the perfect fit. And as we continue to

have conversations about this being a possibility, it's still, it's almost like imposter

...
