Hi everyone. I'm Ronnie. And I'm Jessica. And you're listening to Clean With Me, the podcast where we walk you through cleaning your house.

0:15.1

Thanks for joining me. Welcome back to Clean with me podcast. In today's episode, I'm going to talk you through

0:23.0

cleaning a living room or family room or if you're real fast, maybe you could do both if you

0:31.4

have two living areas. So let's get right into the episode. As usual, the first thing I'm going to remind you to do is

0:40.8

get presentable. If you're not already dressed for the day, I encourage you to do that. When we're

0:48.8

working in a living room or family room, we're not dealing with bleach or anything like that. So you don't necessarily need to be

0:55.9

in cleaning clothes. You just want to wear something comfortable yet presentable. Maybe you want to

1:04.4

1:43.0

I don't want to, as my mom used to call it,

1:46.3

feel like I'm on display. So she probably does still say that. But I usually have those blinds

1:56.4

kind of angled upward to where we can see out, people can't see in but when i want to let in

2:04.1

lots of light i open the blinds on the side windows that way nobody can see us but it lets the light in the room because because to thoroughly clean a room, you do want to put some light on the subject.

2:24.3

We all know that tried and true method of keeping things a little dim if you have someone over unexpectedly and you haven't dusted.

2:34.8

But we're going to get the dusting done in today's episode.

2:38.1

So you want to make sure that your room is well lit.

2:41.0

And of course, if you're cleaning it at night, you can turn on all the lights.

2:47.0

I'm going to give you a couple more minutes to do whatever you need to do to gear up for your cleaning session, whether that was getting yourself fixed up, lighting a candle or starting your wax warmer, opening blinds and windows, or maybe just taking care of some glaring issue.

3:08.9

Maybe you're behind on laundry and you just really want to start a load
