It was called The Lucky Break in 2012.

So we had about 200 contestants, 95-7 the game, the inception.

It came to town.

And they were up and running for about a year.

And I had a regular job at DeVry.

I sold education.

And I came back to my desk one day and my phone blew up and I go, oh, my God, who passed? What happened? Where, when? And they were like, no, there's this radio contest to be a sports talk host. And I was like, whatever, raising my kids, I'm married. And whatever, fate had it to where I went, tried out, won it. It was a beautiful experience.

And then all they had to do, the station, to fulfill the obligation of winning,

was have me do one hour on Sunday nights 10 to 11,

and they could say, hey, that was cute, see you later.

And I give it all the glory to God in regard to,

he took me off that journey of education,

and now I'm just living my dream to share my sport takes wacky my life with Steinmetz Monday through Friday.
