This is a guided experience that will help you move past a relationship that is

ended but that you may still be stuck in. Start with a simple shift of your

awareness and your thoughts and your emotions towards the sensation of the

air flowing in and out of your nose. Focus all of your thoughts on this

sensation. If your mind wanders, always just keep bringing it back to your

breathing for this next little while. Allow that awareness to expand toward the

movements in your chest and body as you breathe. If you like,

turning away from the outside and turning the focus with the inside, just to your

breathing. Stay here for the next little while.

Now become aware of any physical feelings you might be having right now in your

body, in your heart. And with a bit of detachment, try to just imagine

describing what you're feeling in regards to this relationship. It's not how you

are. Just to see if you can describe it, how you're feeling physically, how you're

feeling emotionally. Choose to accept things just as they are in this present

moment. Then go the future. Letting go of the past being here fully.

If you really tune in to this moment, let your awareness now be your guide. Letting

the past be in the past. Letting the future stay in the future. I honor, love, and

respect myself just as I am in this moment. Say it again in your mind. I honor, love, and

respect myself just as I am in this moment. I am ready to move on and move forward now

with my life without this person. Then imagine that person wrapped in light in their highest

potential self, only that all will be well for them, but not sharing any energy with them at all.
