| 1:01.8 | management, some I think are set aside for wildfire. |
| 1:05.0 | We sort of leave them to, you know, leave them to burn just because we're not managing them in other ways. |
| 1:11.0 | But there is no ability for people to lease public lands specifically for conservation. |

| 1:25.0 | interested in a grazing allocation and you think that this is better habitat for |
| 1:29.9 | a grizzly bear and you would like to bid against the rancher that is leasing that |
| 1:36.4 | land you can't do that you can't do it for a couple of reasons one because our grazing |
| 1:40.6 | leases you have to have a base property attached to it. |
| 1:45.0 | But secondly, even if you own that base property, you also have to graze on that land in order to maintain that lease. |
