This week I participated on a young minister's Zoom with a very known, worldwide known pastor who's already in his older age. And the question was

asked, how do you stay long with God? Meaning Meaning how do you last in ministry? How do you achieve

longevity in ministry? He had these three answers that really impressed my heart. He said,

number one, cultivate a relationship with Jesus that feeds you. Not just a checkmark, not just a prayer room, but something

that replenishes spiritually. Secondly, he said, have a good reservoir of God's word inside of you.
