Hey guys, welcome back to according to.

I'm Megan.

And I'm Sierra for this week's episode.

Megan and I thought it would be helpful to discuss our process of starting up our business.

Obviously we've spoken about things here and there about the process, but this is going to be like the episode. It's kind of like being a little bit more nitty gritty with what the process was like,

as well as we have made mistakes already.

It is no surprise that that's kind of inevitable when you're doing a startup.

So we're going to talk a little bit about what those have entailed, things we would do

differently.

And then we're also going to try to like broaden the scope

a little bit. I'm sure there are maybe five people listening to this that are also therapists or

other healthcare professionals that like would be doing something very similar to this. But I feel

we can also provide a little bit of help for anyone who's possibly thinking of like starting their

own business in whatever realm that might be yeah so that'll be what we jump into at the later half

of the episode we will also be doing our weekly spotlights and book updates as well but we also thought

it was going it would be appropriate to address the situations going on in Minnesota and Minneapolis right
