So during Christmas I was in Vale, Colorado and I started reading this book called Living with a Seal by

Jesse Itzler. And the book is how this dude was just living a regular life and he ended up

wanting to change it, so we hired a seal to live with him for 30 days and how it kicked his ass. And the book is just a page

turner that you get through really quickly and you're just super amped. So I literally went outside

and started running in the snow and doing push-ups. You don't understand once you read the book. And it motivated me enough that I just and it

and it motivated me enough that I just reached out to him because he talked about in the book

he just cold calls people and says hey we're gonna be friends

so I was like he's gotta be cool if I do it to him so I I was nervous. I definitely kept thinking about it. I

couldn't let it go. I cold tweeted him and let me read off the tweet. It said, hey man,

finish the book in 24 hours. Great. Went for a snow run this AM.
