To the Book of Acts, this has been incredibly fun for me, exciting. I'm passionate about the book of acts.

We're teaching the Bible verse by verse so that we will be students of the Word. We don't want to be Christians that just don't know the Bible.

We want to be students of the Word. There will be some graphic stuff tonight because we are talking about being marty for the faith and I'm going to read you some stuff from Tortured for Christ.

But I will warn you before it gets graphic. Okay. So if you have kids in the room, don't worry,

I'll warn you before I read the graphic content tonight because I want you to see the reality

of people that are being martyred for the faith. We're in New King James. And our recap is, the disciples have been going out in Book of Acts.

They've been preaching the gospel.

They've been casting out devils.

They've been healing the sick.

And the church has been growing.

This has not been a water down Sunday morning, warm a chair type of church.

This has been a miraculous church with power, with authority.

They're trampling on serpents and scorpions.

They're beating the devil up everywhere they go. And the religious people absolutely hate the move of God. The religious people

are trying to stop them at every turn, every corner. And the disciples are getting locked up over and

over. And they're being commanded, excuse me, they're being commanded, you cannot preach about Jesus.

And then the next verse says, and they continue to preach about Jesus.

So Ananasin-Sy and Safira, they lied to the Holy Spirit, they drop dead.
