We've done the show every year for at least the last three or four years. I always love

taking some time after the conference championship games to talk about the final four teams

and the lessons that we can learn from them, whether it's how they're built, what their

coaches look like, some of the strategy that they employed. So we're going to do that again this year. Derek is here to help me do that, his first time doing this one, which we're very excited about. But we've always done this as a three-man podcast. Over the last couple of years, it was me and Nate and Bill Barnwell. So we're doing that again. And Nate is back to help us with that. So our old

buddy Nate Tice here to help with the lessons from the Final Four. Let's get to me, Derek, and

Nate right now. All right. Waiting into our lessons from the Final Four episode that has become a mainstay on the athletic football show over the last few years.

We've done this as a three-man weave in the past.

I think the last couple years, it was me and Nate and Barnwell.

And so when I was thinking about how to do the show this year, we had to do a three-man weave again.

And what better way to do that than by including somebody who's done it before? So I have two people helping me go through the lessons we're learning from these teams. First of all, my co-host here at the Athletic Football Show, Sarah Klesson, Derek, how you doing, man? I'm doing fantastic. This is a wonderful get the band back to moment together a little bit. I mean, we did a handful of shows together before last summer, so I'm very excited for this. Also joining us today from Yahoo Sports and the Football 301 podcast, it's our old friend Nate Tice. Nate, how you doing, buddy? I am doing wonderful. I was really, you said, hey, maybe you want to come back on the show? And I was like, oh, I'm curious which one you want to go.
