A little solo episode update for the summer of 2025.

Thank you guys, as always, for coming and listening to the Washed Up Walk Ons podcast.

This is a little bookkeeping, some other thoughts, some reflection, and what I have learned

recording over 600 Watchup Walk On podcasts.

Let's go. Sometimes you just have to click record and start the podcast. That is today's scenario.

I wish that when I did the solo episodes, I was better.

I look up to guys like Tim Ferriss and Andrew Huberman and some other people who do solo podcasts.

They speak with such fluidity. There's no ums and us

and pauses and that's just not me. As you guys know who have been listening for a very long time,

there's plenty of ums and us and filler words. We'll try to do our best today on this show. I do

think I've gotten better at that.

600 plus episodes has provided me the opportunity to try and be better at some things.

There was at some point I started to look at this as more of a profession and

tried to advance myself and my skills in such way.

But nonetheless, it's tough. I'm not 100% built for this. And after

600 episodes, I'd like to think that I'm just a little bit more fortified. We'll give it a run

today. This episode, welcome in to the washup walk-ons, by the way, is, if you haven't already

figured it out, a solo sort of state of the union, state of the summer address.

There's nothing major happening in the world of the washed up walk-ons.

This is just a slow time of year, a slow season.
