Hello, hello, everyone. Welcome to the Good Day podcast. We have arrived to the final episode of

season two. Actually, I'm getting ahead of myself. This is part one of the final episode of

season two. This is kind of a long chatty episode so i decided

instead of doing like one huge one i would break it up into part one and part two so so this is it

we're finishing season two here and i i just I have so many thoughts and so many things.

Sometimes I'll be honest with you, these podcasts are tough because I'm like trying to organize

all of my thoughts and all the things I want to say in a way that makes sense in a way that

goes in the proper order. I don't know.

Sometimes just when I have a lot on my heart and my mind, I want to say, it's tough for me.

But today, I thought it would be fun to chat through the year.

Some lessons I learned from 2022, which is just, I know I'm kind of getting ahead of myself because we still have a whole

month, you know, the whole month of December left in the year. But, but basically that's it.

It's basically done. I mean, there is not much left of 2022, which is just mind-blowing to me.

And I know I say this, we all say this every year. It feels like time just keeps

speeding up. And I mean, for me anyway, this year just absolutely flew by. Like, I don't even,

I feel like I'm just now really starting to get used to writing the date 2022 and not 21. Like,

I just, I don't know. this year has just gone by exceptionally fast so i

thought what better way to end our time together this season and this year by just chatting through

some lessons i've learned some things that I have discovered about myself,

both personally, with work, with my faith. I don't know. It's been a year of inner work, I feel

like for me on the outside looking in, I don't know if you would say I've done anything big
