You know, I think there's so much that's happened in terms of development lately in the last few years. And I want to dive into that. But I want to actually introduce our listeners to you and your wonderful career and your background. If you could kind of walk us down on relay and tell us about your past experiences. I was an undergraduate major in history in college. I did go to school in New York City.
