Soviets have had about enough of this Nazi crap. Operation Barbarossa time.

That is the operation of Germany invading the Soviet Union.

And the Soviets have got to do something about it because well, they're in a bit of trouble.

This Nazi army is pretty well equipped. Good generals, motor and on through.

And so the Soviets do the odd move of reaching out to the polls. Now understand this.

At this time there is no Poland. Poland is divided between Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union

making this got it had to be one of the most awkward phone calls in the history of mankind.

Nevertheless, the Soviet Union reaches out to Poland and gives them the Soviet version of look.

Okay, maybe all that invading your country bit wasn't the best course of action, but let's both agree.
