0:03.9	Heartdive podcast. Welcome back to Bible study friends. We are in Exodus chapter 16 through 18 today.
0:16.9	It has been one month since God has delivered the Israelites from Egypt with that miraculous crossing of the Red Sea, taking them through the wilderness in that season of testing.
0:27.5	And then he brought them to that place of refreshing. Remember that place called Elam, where there were 70 palm trees and 12 springs of water?

1:12.5	thank you so much for another beautiful day that we get to come here before you and spend
1:17.4	time with you, just dedicate this small amount of time, one hour of our day to just be in
1:23.3	your word. We are so grateful, Holy Spirit, and the way that you speak to us through it, the way you
1:28.1	teach us and guide us and just check our hearts sometimes. Thank you, that you want us to be
1:33.9	the best version of ourselves, the person you've created us to be. And so I pray that we will hear you
1:38.6	today so clearly, and whatever it is that you want to speak to our hearts. Clear out our ears,
1:43.6	allow us to see you clearly. Will you let the scales fall off? If there's any sort of hardness or any calluses, God, that's on our hearts, I pray that you'll scrape them away and change us from glory to glory. Please forgive us for our sins. Show us if there's anything that we're not aware of that we need to change, or maybe that we need to walk away from, or something we need to let go of, or maybe even a step of obedience that we haven't yet taken.
2:07.2	Show us what that is so that we can do those things.
2:10.0	Help us to forgive other people, Lord.
2:11.8	Help us to release them.
2:13.4	I pray, God, that we will not allow negativity or anybody to steal our joy today.
2:19.1	Help us, God, to be able to anchor ourselves in your word, in our identity in you, our solid rock,
