0:13.0	It's 2026 and I just want to pop in and say we're going to do a real briefer and bring a lot of

0:21.8	I know I'm date setting it right here, are brand new to our 2026 year with the Heart Dive podcast.

0:51.2	through the park the heart dive podcast was birth out of Kanoi Gibson's obedience to the
0:56.3	Lord when he laid it on her heart to do a Bible study online. That was it. She had no plan,
1:01.8	no presumptions on what it was going to be and what it was going to turn into. So on January 1st
1:07.0	of 2023, she sat down with her Bible and a smartphone and started reading God's word
1:11.7	front to back using a chronological plan. And out of that birth, the 2023 beta phase or before
1:18.0	heart dive. So if you're one of the OGs who was here in the beginning, you know in 2023,
1:22.6	it was Notes and Hughes. So if you know, you know. And that was Kanoi's little junk journaling channel, which is what
1:29.1	you see today. So if you scroll all the way back, you can see some of her junk journaling days
1:32.7	where she was showing you how she uses all the beautiful little pieces of trash and throwaways,
1:39.1	which is very relevant to today's lesson, by the way. And she would turn those into gorgeous
