People aren't like really scared to communicate or be themselves in the building and there's something about it that just feels fun again. So how's that different than some of the other places you were at? I mean, some places have been like really strict. It's just like when a team meeting starts at this time, it's like if you're not two minutes before that time, then you're late, you know what I mean? Stuff like that where it makes people feel kind of stiff in the building, scared to be themselves, scared to have fun. And it's here because we create that environment where, you know, guys are kind of like rolling in. I mean, we're respectful with it at the same time. Yeah, we got you. Right, right, right. But you're not stressing about, oh, I'm not there two minutes early.
