I flew to Seattle to do some Super Bowl pregame stuff.

I ran into Leonard Williams.

We talked some ball.

We talked some spear fishing.

Then I ran into that guy that's as cool as the other side of the pillow.

Jatson, Smith, and Jigba. You're going to hear some great stuff. Enjoy. First off, congrats. You the man. Thanks for having me. I've been a big fan of you for a long time. I heard you say, right, that being in Seattle brought back the fun in football. How so?

I don't know.

There's something about the atmosphere, the culture here, the vibe.

It just feels like college, college football.

And I think it all ties back to, like, kind of Coach Mike's messaging of, you know,

loose and focus.

Right.

And I think, you know, a small example of what I mean by that loose and focus vibe is like when we're in meetings, like guys feel comfortable to talk and guys feel comfortable to, you know, go up in front of the room and speak and ask questions.

And, you know, it's like everyone's talking.

Group thing almost.

People aren't like really scared to communicate or be themselves in the building and there's something about it that just feels fun again. So how's that different than some of the other places you were at? I mean, some places have been like really strict. It's just like when a team meeting starts at this time, it's like if you're not two minutes before that time, then you're late, you know what I mean? Stuff like that where it makes people feel kind of stiff in the building, scared to be themselves, scared to have fun. And it's here because we create that environment where, you know, guys are kind of like rolling in. I mean, we're respectful with it at the same time. Yeah, we got you. Right, right, right. But you're not stressing about, oh, I'm not there two minutes early.
