1:49.0	So you, over the last few years, did something really interesting. You created a show called The Kindness Diaries.
1:52.0	So for anyone who hasn't seen the show, perhaps you could just explain to us what the concept of the Kindness Diaries is.
2:00.0	Sure. So I used to be a broker in the city of London, and pretty much on the outside, I had
2:06.5	everything you could ever want, but on the inside, I had pretty much nothing you would want.
2:11.5	I was very depressed, no real sense of purpose, and just, you know, not going anywhere fast.
