You need to be cleaning up your diet and

cleaning up what you're feeding your mind. It's very important that you get the right diet

to get the clean kind of mind that you're shooting for to be able to do your meditation, your

contemplation, your self-enquiry, and so forth. So without further ado, let's get

started. Let me introduce to you all the stuff we're going to be working with and

then I'm going to mix it all for you

together here and it's it only takes about five minutes to make this thing.

So what we first start with is you need a high quality blender. I'm using a professional grade

Ninja blender. It's a thousand watt blender. This is the base. This is the

attachment part. It's got a pretty serious industrial grade blade attachments, very sharp,

and it can fit a lot of stuff in here.

I recommend that you do invest a hundred to 200 bucks in a high quality blender like this

because if you buy the cheap ones they're not going to last too very long they're not

going to properly blend your food I find that this thing here works way
