And this June, as Jupiter moves into cancer, I'm thrilled to be co-facilitating a space alongside my peer, Amy Ashton.

We're calling it at the heart of conflict.

The word conflict is everywhere right now, being used to describe situations that at the heart of them are really about relating,

navigating across our difference, disconnection, and dysregulation, in the spaces where we seek

understanding, connection, and love. While there exist many spaces to learn conceptually

what conflict transformation requires, there exist very few where we can actually be in the mess together, practicing what

conflict transformation entails beyond the theoretical talk and ideals. This series, taking place

during Jupiter's Day in Cancer, aims to serve as an active workshopping space where we can better

understand ourselves and our others through astrology, practice taking different shapes in conflict and explore cognitive

and semantic frameworks for increasing our capacity and moments of rupture so that we can actually

show up in the ways that we long for. This cohort will meet weekly for 12 weeks beginning in June,

but space is limited. We're capping the cohort at just 10 people to better facilitate connection
