Summary

What if the way you think, react, and love is actually a roadmap to holiness? In this episode, the Sisters dive into the four temperaments—choleric, sanguine, phlegmatic, and melancholic—and explore how these God-given tendencies influence our thoughts, relationships, and our relationship with the Lord. Rather than putting ourselves in boxes, our temperaments are a gift—one that reveals both our strengths and the gaps where we most need God’s grace.

This season of Let Love is produced in collaboration with Ascension.

Exactly. So we are going to talk about temperaments, actually, something I didn't know about until I entered the convent. Temperaments, and especially how they affect our thoughts, but we're just going to be up front on us right away. We're going to reveal our predominant temperament. We're going to go through them more later, but there's typically four. but we did discover that in this room there are three very different temperaments. Also, if you haven't noted that, and then we'll dive in. But if it's not a surprise to you, my predominant one is choleric. Sister Corey, you want to reveal your temperament. Yes, my-I'm guessing it's not choleric. My primary is sanguine. Nice. Said like that. Yes. I use just to me and you've got

melancholy. We love our melancholic sisters. We have some melancholics. We love the melancholics. We have some in our

temperament colors. So sisters, I wasn't there, but I'll reveal my reactions of a choleric to the

situation. But can you please explain what revealed temperaments recently? Yes.
