They could have been best friends.

But instead of sharing backyard barbecues, they declared war.

There are two huge volumes at the station of petty complaints.

They said we have a neighbor who shot another neighbor and that this was an ongoing dispute.

He had two gunshot wounds, close up, one in the back and one of the chest.

I saw the hole in his chest and he was struggling to breathe.

The question was, which neighbor was to blame? The night he actually decided to walk over there, he was just like, I give up.

I just want this to end.

My husband kept warning everybody, you know, something's going to happen.

It's getting worse.

It was a powder keg ready to explode.

And when it did explode, someone was murdered.
