1:09.9	Van Jones, who was the Green Jobs Commissar under President Obama about a decade ago, said
1:19.7	at the time that the movement that they were trying to push.
1:23.7	Because Green Jobs Commissar was going to have three components.
1:26.9	It was going to be top down, bottom up, and inside out.
1:30.8	He said that they, the government, were going to take care of the top down, and he was trying
1:35.8	to inspire activists to become the bottom up.
