the media companies, the bosses,

and even the journalism that is happening or not happening.

So I went on to Ari Melbert's show The Beat on MSNBC,

and Ari was a very friendly interview,

but Ari is a good journalist,

and he asked me very pertinent questions

about what's going on in the world. I was quite frankly surprised at how many people

were interested in what I had to say on this particular subject and just the reaction from

people online and me personally saying that they were dying for more journalistic

integrity in the moment that we're in now. I had no idea that people felt had such strong

opinions about what they feel is the lack of real accountability in our journalist in holding the people in power

accountable. Here's our conversation. Don Lemon, who of course is a serious reporter and anchor,

we showed him out in the field earlier in the program, but also, quite frankly, a knowledgeable

part of our culture.
