You know, when most people think about what it means to be healthy, you know, we think about our diet and our food and our lifestyle and getting enough sleep at night.

Yeah, but are you really healthy if you're depressed all the time or if you're anxious all the time or if you just feel downhearted and the emotional and mental part of your life isn't really ideal? I would say no. And we have a handful of really special herbal medicines that to me are herbs that are super supportive

this is like super prime stage here for harvesting this herb the volatile oils are flowing it's just

getting ready to flower here probably in the next few weeks.

And it's just looking super lush and amazing and fantastic, and it smells absolutely glorious.
