Someday I'll tell the story of this week in its entirety. It'll be a solid 30 or 45-minute discussion. I'm going to tell some parts of it later in the show at the very end, some parts that a lot of you have been asking about. But it's not college football related, so I'll save it for the end. But wow, so much going on. So much going on. We're jam-packed. We're high atop. A very sleepy and saturated downtown Nashville, Tennessee. Nobody got any sleep last night. Three tornado warnings, 2 p.m. or 2 a.m. 3 a.m. 6 a.m. I believe. Some of us were on the road yesterday. So little sleep, but a jam-packed show nonetheless. Brought to you by Academy Sports and Outdoors on this Thursday, April 3rd, the Year of Our Lord, 2025. Let's see. We got a hearty discussion on the show tonight about whomst can win it all. I don't mean make the playoff. You know, that conversation's changed, hasn't it? That conversation used to be if you're a playoff contender, you're a title contender because, well, only four teams make the playoffs. Well, now 12 of them, for the time being, make the playoffs. So just because you're a playoff contender doesn't mean you're a title contender. So one of you tried to cut right through all the BS and you just asked, yeah, forget about playoffs.

Who can win at all? Well, here on this April 3rd, irresponsibly, I'm going to try and tell you.

There were meetings today, you know, high-level corporate mustache type meetings for the future of the playoff.

And I'll let you know if we got any changes on that horizon. Also,

the truth series has been blowing up. We've told the truth as we see it on several coaches.

We're going to do another guy tonight. You may have heard of him. His name's James Franklin.

rotation now. But man, that doesn't mean we haven't been active. If you've been following on the socials at Josh Pate CFB, you've probably seen a lot of it. I don't have time to discuss all of it tonight. Let's be real, though. We have no time constraints. So towards the end of the show, I will discuss it. But not in the beginning, because in the beginning, we have to discuss what many would consider more pressing matters. Preston, Pompano Beach, Florida hit me, and he said, I know a lot of people think that with playoff expansion, it means more teams can win at all. But I think that's the new lie in college football. Preston's words, not mine,

but I agree with him. He continues. So give it to me straight. Who can realistically and actually

win it all in 2025? You're asking for a spoiler, Preston. I appreciate it because you could be

busy this fall. We all got things going on in our personal lives and you may be able to see

around the corner and you may be able to know, I'm not going to have a lot of free time this fall. Maybe you're getting drug to several fall weddings. Don't even know what the plural of fall weddings are. I hope to never have to learn it, but here we are. So just put a good old fashioned S on the end. But you may be thinking, I don't have time to watch it in real time.
