Let me talk first really quick about this third potential option in the Greenberg Gates investigation.

We learned earlier this week that Joel Greenberg sentencing had was supposed to be scheduled.

The judge was like, let's do this in August, y'all.

And then he finally they filed some stuff under seal and maybe had a hearing under seal.

And then the judge said, okay, we've come to a decision December 1st of this year is going to be Greenberg's sentencing date.

And so I asked around run out of Mary Adi, who is a very amazing person host of the on topic podcast here on MSME media,

I said, hey, this could be a couple of things.

Either they're not going to indict Matt Gates because they don't need Greenberg's testimony or they are and they don't need his testimony at trial.

There might be a third option here because I asked legal Twitter if for unforeseen circumstances for some reason,
