So the legal battle is everything. We know that, especially because of what the Democrats are trying to do.

And do we have a chance to fight and actually get the votes count the right way?

Joining me now to talk about this legal battle is one of those that sits on the legal team for President Trump.

And that is Jordan Secular, dear friend of mine. Jordan, I appreciate you coming on again.

I want you to give an overview for people. Where are we right now? Because you can see a rush to a coronation by the media in places like Arizona and Georgia, Nevada and Pennsylvania.

But where are we actually legally? Let's talk about that first.

Sure. So in Arizona, we still have a significant amount of votes to be counted.

And you've got the president who's actually gaining votes there needs to gain them in a higher number.

But you know, we need to keep Arizona in play at or Nevada.

We've got North Carolina. Georgia is on the slightest of margins. And because of that, I mean, there's going to be a recount.

And when you're at that small of a number, you know, recount can actually have an impact.

And then it really comes down to bed. You know, with North Carolina strong and everywhere else, it comes down to what happens in Pennsylvania.

And that's where a lot of the court. There's other four challenges happening in Nevada and in Arizona.

And so, I think that's where the state of Pennsylvania multiple lawsuits are at the state level.

And we've got a case up at the Supreme Court right now about the late ballots and how the state legislature never changed the law on those ballot dates.

But the court state court did. And the Supreme Court did not issue a state on that. But what I think they're looking for now is to see if Pennsylvania is still going to be the decisive state.

And if so, I could see the Supreme Court taking up the case very quickly, but they're waiting just like all of us to see these tabulations, at least the initial tabulations come in oftentimes the major legal challenges don't begin until after at least you've got the majority of the votes counted, you know, or they're at least at 100%.

You look at Pennsylvania Jordan and one of the things that I think has been so frustrating is just the lack of transparency.

Pull watchers have not been allowed to watch. They've been forced to stay far away. They've been counting votes in secret. They were supposed to separate votes that came in after eight o'clock at night on election night and not going with them.

And that was done as well. How do we know how many votes came in that were supposed to be set aside that came in after eight o'clock at night on election night in Pennsylvania?

No, like right now Philadelphia say, oh, like today, we really got like a thousand. So like in the three day, this has been the last day of the three days.

So that's fine today, but what did you get the other two days and have you segregated them and our poll watchers.
