And convicted killer John Henry Ramirez says that he is being denied the right to have his spiritual adviser with him when his sentence is carried out.

Yeah, Ramirez is set to be executed on September 8 for a murder that stunned the city.

The State of Mississippi came to the Supreme Court and asked the justices to weigh in.

But in their brief on the merits, they've asked the Supreme Court to look at whether or not to overrule Roe versus Wade and Planned Parenthood versus Casey.
